Refund and cancellations

Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted only within 2 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the product has already been dispatched or is under processing by the vendor.
- No cancellations are allowed for perishable items like food or flowers. However, if such items are defective, a refund or replacement may be offered after a quality check.
Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include tags and proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please email us at asfasions025@gmail.com.
- Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
- Please report any damaged or incorrect products within 2 days of delivery.
- Share your order details and product images with our support team.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Product Not as Expected
If you believe the received product is not as described or does not meet your expectations:
- Contact our support team within 2 days of receiving the product.
- We will review your concern and take appropriate action.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty, hygiene products)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Refund Process
- Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

If the product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the brand’s official service center or support team directly.
